Every team

needs a dugout

Our Why

Just as athletes rely on a dugout of coaches and support staff to excel, we believe that organizational leaders and teams need the same kind of dedicated support to improve performance, navigate complexity, and create impact.

Our belief is simple: when leaders have the right support system, they can achieve extraordinary things. And when organizations are led by strong, purpose-driven leaders, they have the power to change the world.

The Co.labˣ Way

We root our work in a set of principles that inform everything we do:

Inner & Outer

The ‘inner game’ of individuals (their awareness, beliefs, and emotions) impacts their ‘outer game’ (the results they create). We help teams shift their inner game to transform their outer game.

Me & We

The individual and the collective are often in conflict. We help teams deepen alignment and balance individual accountability with shared responsibility.

Action & Learning

Constant action without learning feels like a treadmill while learning without action feels vague and abstract. We help teams do-think-do and continuously act and reflect.

Speed & Stillness

Sometimes, slower is faster. We help teams move quickly to seize opportunities and pause to aid rest and recovery.
